In order to participate in programs, rent park amenities, or reserve a court, individuals must first register on the Community Pass System and complete the necessary forms. The Parks and Recreation Director of Pawcrest Park is Robert Mattes, who was appointed to the position in November 2017. Mr. Mattes brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously served as a Director in New York, Maine, and New Hampshire.
