"Having been a business owner, I really try to never leave bad reviews, but this was such a bad experience I felt it necessary. I have a 3bd/2bath vacation rental I was entrusting Turnover Guardian to clean and both times it was not remotely acceptable. Visible crumbs on the kitchen table, smudges on the fridge, stove top stains, rings etc on the counters, stains on floors that were clearly not mopped or swept, misc items left throughout the house. Thankfully I have a friend locally that could check on it and both times she had to be there for 2 hours basically finishing the cleaning and tidying everything up, but then I had to spend even more money on the cleaning. When I received my laundry back, I was missing a nice beach towel and had an additional 7 or so random towels that were not mine in my laundry. Additionally, they don't meet at the house to onboard and say they can just "go by the pictures" which was already not a good sign, and the overall onboarding process was clunky and frustrating. I would avoid this company for airbnb cleaning turnovers. This house was clearly too much for them to do well, and the attention to detail was not there."

"They came twice, half hour late both times. This was arranged by my sons as a gift, due to health issues I have been struggling with. I did not stay while they worked, trying to be out of their way. They were supposed to complete a "deep clean". Perhaps my expectations were too high, but; floors were not vacuumed, baseboards may have been dusted but they needed to be washed; same was true for window sills. I guess with deep cleaning I thought they would wash the floors. Floors are tile with grout so I was thinking an improvement in their appearance. Also the boys paid extra for the garage. which clearly all that was done was to sweep out the leaves that had come in under the door. The dust and dirt that accumulated thru the winter, due to the wind, had not been addressed. . Don't know what my boys paid for this, but it was disappointing to say the least. My son asked for pictures, which I provided. The company sent staff back, but they only addressed what was in the pictures. Maybe my idea of "deep cleaning" was different from this. company's idea, but the entire experience was disappointing to say the least . I definitely would not recommend this company. . whole experience wa I definitely would not recommend them"

"I use Turnover Guardian for my AirBNB/VRBO rental and they are fabulous! They turnover very quickly, take all laundry offsite, and leave the house looking gorgeous and "hotel clean" for the next guests. With their service, my guests have been happy and love the added touches - rolled towels, toilet paper flowers, putting out my gift baskets for guests and more - making it feel like a hotel experience. Highly recommend!"
