"Worst experience. Said I needed a deep cleaning when I only had a cleaning 4 months ago. Let them do it, hygienists hurt me and charged me $122 because my insurance doesn't fully cover deep cleaning. Not going back and wouldn't recommend. UPDATE - Nicole reached out to me and sincerely apologized to me and refunded my money. I told her that I would give them a second chance since this dentist office was highly recommended to me."

"Amazing experience! I was placed within one (1) minute of arrival time for my last dental cleaning. The reader may say, if you had an appointment that is expected. It used to be, but with the advent of Covid-19 many doctors have retired or left the health industry. Subsequently, overbooking of appointments is the norm, but at Hidden Gem Dental staff seem to capitalize on customer satisfaction. I like Hidden Gem Dental because it is centrally located to serve residents of West Boca, Parkland, and Coconut Creek. The service starts with Nichol’s a smiling face at the front desk, followed by greetings by name, and then “asseyez-vous s'il vous plait” (or please, take a seat). This business etiquette is a pleasant approach to customer service, but not the same in most dental practices."
"I am someone who really goes into panic mode when I need to have a tooth problem taken care of. Over the last 2 years I have had 2 such emergencies. Both times I have been treated with so much gentle care. My teeth are not in good shape (I am 80) but I have not been shamed because of that. Dr. Hogan and the entire staff are so caring and and efficient. You could not find any better dental care. My tooth extraction last week was unexpectedly simple and practically pain free. I am thankful for finding the Hidden Gem."
