"Sloth slow! I had been sent to complete a pre -employment drug screening. The lobby was nearly empty on arrival. The registration was straightforward and easy. The over a hour wait to pee in a cup was sad. As a ER nurse of 32 yrs who actually worked with the founder Dr. Lamelas ; this was not the idea of non-emergent care he had fondly dreamed of. The staff was curt, unapologetic, and non engaging. The test took less than a minute to complete. Coming from an emergency room background the efficiency was lacking and standard poor. The contractor that selected this organization to complete this screening will be alerted not to send potential employees to this facility. Ever. Get your game together my friends. There’s lots of options other than you."
"The doctor that spoke to me was rude and dismissive. Medical professionals should be compassionate and empathetic. He was the complete opposite. I would never recommend this location to anyone looking for urgent care for any of the services they provide."
"Doctors were knowledge on my situation and helped me feel better immediately. I went in with a slight earache in my right ear, unable to hear clearly out of it because it was clogged due to over production of wax. The registration process was quick and simple, barely any wait, clean, friendly and caring staff. Just an overall beautiful experience!!!"
"Went in for a drug screening, the front desk lady informed it will be about 50min wait. So I waited with just 2people in front of me. Why 2 other people that came in AFTER me was seen First. All i need to do is urinate in a cup. I went & ask lady how much longer, she said, not too long. Yall I waited for 2hours and about good 22mins. Never Again"
"I feel like I lose brain cells every time I walk into this place…. Came in for a cat bite, two very deep bleeding punctures wounds in my middle finger and ring finger. The two fingers were also very swollen. To clean the wound, the wet some gauze with saline and rubbed it against the wounds. Left with a bandage wrap around my wrist…"
