"As an older AC man myself (dinosaur) I can say that the Technician was very professional and Knowledgeable of his trade. Also, Temperature Pros was very prompt in responding to our call. The person at the office contacted us and was very professional and helpful. Being Friday afternoon I really didn’t think I would be able to get someone out but she did. It’s been a very good experience using Temperature Pros for our system repair. Update: Monday afternoon I was notified by their office that the part was picked up and that the technician could be out at 9 am Tuesday. That was great for us.
