Originally known as the Hotel Enoree, this three-story building with thirty-five rooms has been through various challenges such as Depressions, World Wars, and Hurricanes. In 1979, the ownership restored the building and rebranded it as the Hotel Evernia, which remains a family-run business to this day. As the oldest running hotel in West Palm Beach, Hotel Evernia offers a glimpse into the city's rich history. All rooms are equipped with modern amenities such as refrigerators, microwaves, and flat-screen TVs, as well as complimentary high-speed internet access. Basic toiletries, linens, and towels are provided twice a week, and guests have access to a full-service coin laundry on-site.
