Letchworth-Love Mounds Archaeological State Park, located in Monticello, Florida, is a fascinating archaeological site that features Florida's tallest Native American ceremonial mound, constructed between 1,100 and 1,800 years ago. Lloyd Railroad Station (Now US Post Office)
The Lloyd Railroad Station, now serving as the US Post Office, is a historical landmark located at 8781 Old Lloyd Road in Monticello, Florida. Built in 1858 by the Pensacola and Georgia Railroad, it is the oldest brick depot in Florida and one of only three Civil War railroad depots still in existence.
