The Early College Academy at HSCA is a dual enrollment program that allows students to earn their associate’s degree or college credit certificate through a cohort class model. Students participate in a predetermined sequence of courses with a group of peers, leading to a degree or certificate. HSCA has partnered with Lake-Sumter State College, Lake County Schools, Pinecrest Academy, South Lake Hospital, the University of Central Florida, UF Health, and Advent Health to provide this unique opportunity.
