"From the moment you walk in you can sense a feeling of warmth and comfort. Its been very hard to find a facility that lives up to its standard down south in Miami but I will say I was impressed. Very clean, professional and all the staff is very kind.5 stars Now a month later my second time there and I have to drop them to 3 stars . I got my massage and facial. Wayne was great, attentive , professional and kind. My facial was with Camila and she kept trying to “sell” me a bunch of services. I said that I just needed a facial not a chemical peel because I had things to do this weekend. She then said oh great then let’s do the brightening and led and gave me a price. We finished and when I went to check out, I was charged double, I told the girl that was not what Camila quoted and she said “I’m sorry, not it’s double” this is very deceiving and makes me question of if I want to continue my membership with them. Not a good and honest way to start a business! Very unethical!"
