"I took an at-home sleep apnea test that I ordered through the sleepapnea website. The test came through Singular Sleep. The test was very easy to take. However, the explanation of the results was misleading. The Singular Sleep doctor that reviewed my test results recommended starting treatment with a C-PAP machine. Before ordering the equipment I consulted with a local sleep doctor for a second opinion. The local doctor visited me thoroughly, checked my mouth/tongue/throat and reviewed the test results. He absolutely denied that there is any need for a C-PAP machine as the test results are absolutely normal and the structure of my mouth wouldn't cause any sleep apnea issues. Please be careful before spending thousands of $$ on a C-PAP machine and change your lifestyle significantly, even if the Singular Sleep doctor writes a prescription for a C-PAP machine. I am afraid that, since they also sell C-PAP machines and equipment, their business model is to prescribe them even if they are not needed. Consult with a local doctor and get a second opinion."

"Five stars for a very good sleep study done from the comfort of home and with a very good support and service before and after the initial sleep study. I had a good experience from my initial meeting with my staff coordinator— initially by phone and later by email. She then set me up for a zoom call with the doctor and she checked back with me every step I took. The Dr was very thorough in his questioning and examination before he mailed out my sleep study materials. They arrived quickly and I took the sleep study one night from the comfort of my home before meeting with him again to review his findings. I have now slept better for over a year and I look forward to taking the next sleep study with Singular Sleep soon."
