"Warning please do not go to this bank! I had over $2,000 in my account. Cash and I went to a grocery store yesterday to buy some groceries only to get to the register and find out my card is blocked! I went back to the bank they said everything was okay card was not blocked! So today I went to a Publix again load it up my cart went to the cash register again The embarrassment to find out that my card was blocked! I return to the bank again and the manager there who's an idiot tells me that the money was pending. Remind you this cash deposit was the posited on Saturday and it was still pending today is Thursday. Cash money!! not check!!! but cash money. So I called the non-emergency number and had a police officer meet me at this bank because the manager told me I could not close down my account! I had nothing pending on my account with a deputy there that manager finally said I could close down my account. Which I did! This is not the first time I've had trouble with this bank! They will block your card every time you use it and say that they're looking out for fraud And then you left alone in the store embarrassed this has happened to me too many times. Please do not bank with this bank! Go to fifth third.. Wells Fargo.. or Suncoast.. Bank of America.. or Chase.. or any other banks around. But please do not bank with truist. We all work very hard for our money.. for them to control and say that we cannot use our money.????!!! Truist company is the ones that are committing fraud against us."
