"The provider Giordani and staff in the back were extremely gentle and kind. The front staff could be more friendly but I understand what comes with the environment. The physician really put in the work to make sure that I felt better and recovered. I would definitely recommend to others and would go back if needed. I made an appointment so there wasn’t much of a wait time for me and I was helped in a timely manner."

"Worst experience ever! I was visiting for two days from Canada to the US and needed to see a doctor. They said they’re going really fast. The receptionist made me pay first and then made us wait for three hours. When I asked her if I should go to another urgent care she said I should not - because I’m just three patients away. Then she let a guy go before me just because she knew him - after making me wait for three hours!! Haven’t met the doctor yet but the receptionist has been awful. Update: the doctor was really nice and quick to prescribe."

"5/5 stars for the medical team after check-in. Professional, efficient, and caring. 0/5 stars for the lady at the front desk. I arrived before opening time. There was a line of maybe five others ahead of me. At check-in, after explaining the reason for my visit, which included pain and shortness of breath, I explained that I did not have my ID as I came straight from work but had been there several other times. The Hispanic dark haired lady at the front tried to tell me that she could not help me without my ID or insurance card. I told her there had to be a way. She also tried to avoid assisting me by telling me I should have told my employer I was going to urgent care before coming, even though I never mentioned workers comp and said it was an issue building over time. She was frustrated and told me to sit down until after she was done with everyone else, as it was protocol. As a nurse myself, it is a priority to triage based on each situation. After finally getting called to the front, she began to throw two iPads used for check in on the table and slammed the bottle of Lysol cleaner on the table to let me know she wasn’t happy to do what she is paid to do. The extra steps shouldn’t affect patient care. After her morning tantrum, my check in was seamless. I have to remember to put my problems aside when I clock in as a nurse as I know my patients are going through their own situation. It would be nice if this office would hire someone with the same attitude."
