"Dr sent over MRI order 6/21 & I received a call to book appointment as early as 6/25 but had it 7/3. Everyone was super friendly & helpful. No waiting. They even gave me a copy of CD to take to Dr without requesting it. Last MRI was nuts for me this one was SO much better. We've been here before w husband & never had any problems like some of these reviews."

"2 out of 6 MRIs were read incorrectly. When I went to have them reread and correct my reports, they ignored me. Never even returned my call. I even went in person and still no resolve. From that moment forward I began using American Imaging by Harborview and King's Highway. They are so much more ethical, compassionate and timely in scheduling and in wait times once you arrive. I went to Advanced Imaging to pick up copies of scans and reports done at Florida Cancer Specialists( who did not disclose to me that they send their scans to Advanced Imaging). I waited from 2:00 until 4:19 to pick up the papers. They told me it would take 15 minutes!! Furthermore, against Florida statutes, they tried to Bill me for a copy of my records. This place has gone downhill quickly since being purchased by someone from Canada. I've been told they have had problems making payroll and some staff and radiologists have left. Turn around time is incredibly long, especially if you are being worked up for something potentially life threatening. If you want quick results, go to American Imaging in Port Charlotte or Partners Imaging in Sarasota."

"AWFUL! I will make sure my doctor refers me somewhere else! I have had so many poor experiences and today was another one. I will never come back here. I was asked to come at 9 AM for a 920 bone density appointment. I was early. I stood in line. I was handed my paperwork and I was asked to sit in the appropriate area. Two women came after me. Both were taken before me. I finally inquired and they took me back, gave me a dressing room and said they would be right with me. This was at 9:45 AM. I overheard a technician tell their patient they were all done, and then heard her on a personal telephone call for the next 10 to 12 minutes. I opened my door, she saw me, she closed the panel on the radiation room and continued to talk to her personal Conversation. I came out of my room and searched for someone that could help me. This was at 10 o'clock. The same lady that said someone would be with me came and got me and did my test. It took 13 minutes. It is now 1020 and I am in my car – one hour after my appointment. Why have an appointment?"

"Always have a long wait here but today was awful. I arrived promptly for my appointment, was awestruck when I was taken through almost immediately but then there I sat in an inner waiting room, after 40 min I nicely asked why I was waiting and the nurse said that the room was being prepped for me. Another 35mins went by and I was still waiting. I left and will not return. I will use another facility. They appear to overbook and I do not feel like a client rather that they are doing me a favor."
