"Why would they schedule a doctors first appointment at 8:30 if the doctor never shows up before 9! I was told the doctor lives in Lakeland so it takes longer to get here. Why is the doctor not leaving their house earlier? If I’m going to be here on time for an appointment the doctor should as well. We have jobs ourselves to get to on time."

"Terrible customer service. Kendra at the counter is very rude and she is terrible at dealing with customers. I highly recommend hiring better staff to work in front desk dealing with customers. Here is my second review for this place. Shows up on October 3 rd to get my new born vaccinated and they tell me they don’t have any vaccines lol. They sure knows how to waste people’s time. This place is not organized at all!! Might as well shut it down if you don’t know how to manage these small things properly."

"This is a horrible location! Not only do they have a sign threatening parents that if they don't receive every vaccine in existence that they will refuse to see your child.... But we have been fighting consistently with these people on how they are billing improperly and aren't coding the visits correctly and ultimately will force the parents of the patient to pay and not the insurance provided. In addition, we set up a payment plan to pay an agreed amount of said bill.... They are now charging us 5x the amount of the agreed monthly payment plan and will not change it. They are money hungry hogs. I would not suggest this place to anyone and have looked for a private Dr not owned by a big Corp."

"I’ve had issues with this office for years - initially it was a cleanliness issue and every single time any of us went for a well visit we would come down with something within 48 hours. They since changed out the tables and added the paper barrier, but I still got the feeling things were not properly sanitized pre-COVID. Now at least there are well and sick visit times which has cut down on exposure, and we always wait in the car until called for our appointment as they are forever running behind. . The office staff is rude, appointments are hard to make, the new call center is awful - thankfully we’ve only needed well visits but I can’t image being on hold for 15+ minutes with an urgent question or sick child. Most recently we were told we had to wait over 4 months for an appointment because it was such a “long” appointment time. I was expecting it to be several hours long given that time frame. Nope. Up to 30 minutes. So miss our old pediatrician as this does not even compare..."
