"Not even one star is the rating for this site. My experience with them is disastrous, the staff's attention is terrible, when I call to make an appointment with the doctor who is my primary doctor to see me because I am in a lot of pain, they do not give me one for almost a month later because the doctor is not there or He went on vacation. I have several specialists that I have been treating with for years and I have had to change several because this company only accepts the doctors they choose. As for referrals, they do not give them and it takes 4 to 7 days. Due to my health condition I urgently need to go to one of them but I can't because they don't give me the referral and I have had to cancel the appointment and I can't go to emergency right now due to the pandemic situation. My specialist doctors recommend that I not go. The staff is very rude and does not accept reasons and as patients we have to accept what they say. Never in more than 20 years that I have lived here have I encountered such unprofessional people, it is very sad that a health company behaves like senior medical associates."
"The staff is really great took my grandmother for there for a meet and greet and it was the best decision we made. The young lady in the front was such a sweet heart, from answering all of our concerns to making us feel comfortable as we waited for the doctor. The office manager was also very polite and sweet when drawing my grandmothers blood. Very nice office !"
