"Don't go there. I have no joband bleeding in patient room. No money in account. They sent me away as I couldn't pay 120 as I had no proof of job loss as I didn't bring anything with me. Hand cut open. Later I go to hospital and am scolded as it was deep but non emergency they asked why I didn't go to a walk in. This is why. These people were suppose to help you but as anything they care about money and not patients"
"If I could give 0 stars I would. Rude and condescending staff members. No customer service or compassion at all. Very sad considering they are supposed to care for patients. The dental front desk staff should not be working with the public. The supervisor is just as bad. unfortunately."
"Worst experience of our lives, tried for 2 weeks to have prescriptions refills faxed to wal.art, they literally iuldnt figure out how to transfer life saving medications to walmart, for 2 weeks! Then went in there on a Saturday cuz that's my only day available and she charged me for the visit even though my husband has Medicaid it's fully covered didn't see that money back and we sat in here for 3 hours on a Saturday morning just to get his prescriptions transferred to Walmart"
"Dental department is absolutely terrible. You get talked to like garbage and have to fight to get referrals. You have to wait for hours while other people walk ahead of you. Don’t know how this place is still even up. Who ever is in charge of management needs to do a LOT of rehiring, retraining and reorganizing. I’m not normally the type of person to type a review, but this place is just bad."
