"Slow to help. Employees stand behind counter and are more interested in talking on the phone instead of serving customers actually there in person. Prescriptions are rarely ready to pick up when told they would be. I get texts mine are ready and if there are multiple items, this is never true. Why don't they say the prescriptions are ready when ALL of them are ready so I don't have to make multiple trips? I use home delivery for most of my prescriptions from another company and only have to come here if I need something on short notice and every single time it's a miserable experience."
