"I drove 1 hour away to LensCrafters in the Edison Mall Ft Myers, FL. They make high quality lenses and I’ve had problems in the past with cheaper eyeglass stores. I had an exam, picked out a frame and completed my purchase for $857.00 (one pair of glasses). I have new Ray-Ban frames and need RX lenses for them. The sales person took ALL OF THE MEASUREMENTS for the Ray Ban frames, which I had with me, so I could call and order them over the phone (1 hour away). I called and was placed on hold for 20 minutes. I understand they get busy. When Gabby (one of the managers) came to the phone, I explained I wanted to purchase the Ray Ban lenses. Gabby kept telling me I had to come to the store and I told her they had all of the info (measurements, pic, etc.). She was very rude and insisted I needed to come in. I waited my turn (20 minutes on hold) but she said she had to take care of a customer and someone would call me back. That was 3 days ago. I’M SORRY … I thought I was a customer. Still 3 days later, no one has called me back. I could have called them but was not anxious to be placed on a long hold to be put off again so I have been waiting. Side note: Gabby was in the store the day I went. She bypassed me and took another customer who just walk in. Yes, she saw me waiting and saw the other customer come in."

"Laury was absolutely AMAZING!!! She is friendly, professional, and helpful! Went in for new glasses and prescription sunglasses, after discussing prices, my insurance wouldn’t cover something but she was able to helps us out and give us a great deal anyway. Also her team was super friendly and greeted every single person who walked in. No pushy sales, just whatever you want! Highly recommend her, her teammates, and LensCrafters at Edison Mall!"

"In reference to a review made by Dawn McNichol (you may read hers for her experience) I am sharing my review of this location as well. I happened to be in town when my mom mentioned needing to grab her glasses, which were initially messed up by the manager, whom she claimed was very rude to her. I decided to go with her as I am HIGHLY protective of my mom and won't have someone treat her poorly, especially as a paying customer nonetheless. We walked in and the "manager", Laury is her name, was servicing NO ONE. She looked our way, I assume she recognized my mom, and looked away, not saying a word. The next customers walked in while we were still waiting to be serviced. She jumped up to welcome them in Spanish and immediately sat them down to help them. I know she assumed the gringa didn't know Spanish either, which is important for later. We got serviced by Matthew, in which my mom sat down and I chose to stand so I could continue to observe this "manager". She finished servicing the customers she was with and quickly went to the glasses counter left of the entrance, where she began to chat (in Spanish) with a short blonde woman about my mom while giving her nasty looks. I overheard and immediately looked over at the two of them, with what I assume was a not-so-friendly look, since Laury immediately lowered her voice, turned away from me, and covered one side of her face with her hand. If she wants to speak poorly, she can do so like a woman and speak up, but she is no woman, so I didn't expect much. Over the course of our time there, Laury continued to give my mother dirty looks and make snide comments to the short blonde. Like my mom's review said, I guess Laury didn't like getting a taste of her own medicine, because once I began starring her down and making snide comments myself, she grabbed her bag and ran for the door (weird that her shift would end mid-day and at a time not on the hour/half hour). I took photos of Laury and the little blonde just incase others need to know what they look like. For a PERRA GORDA, Laury gives a lot of mean looks, especially to customers that spent a near fortune in the store she "manages". I use that word lightly, since no manager would ever behave so childishly and cowardly. Laury is not an asset to this store and is only harming the Lens crafters reputation. I recommend you go ANYWHERE else other than this location, even if it is out of the way. Especially if you are a customer who will say something when their glasses are not properly made (like any sane customer would do). My mother was not rude to this THING, but I sure will be. Laury is a gross disgrace of a "manager" and I have to wonder if that is why everyone has business cards lying out except her. Maybe Laury knows she's a huge hinderance to the store and made the right decision not to advertise herself, but unfortunately for her, my mother has a daughter that understands Spanish and isn't going to let some cow stare her, nor I, down and try to intimidate us as customers. And to the little blonde: make the right decisions, because birds of a feather flock together. As a worker, you shouldn't be "gossiping" with your manager anyways, but I hope you are only doing so to be on her good side...which I understand, since she's about 5 times your size, so you are probably intimidated. But her behavior negatively impacts you and how customers view you, so I would recommend you change your attitude and behavior or Laury will drag you down into her negativity-pit with you."

"From the front desk to glasses the service is outstanding! The receptionist take very good care of me, the Doctor is doing a perfect Job, extremely knowledgeable, I have no words to express that! Gabby is doing a great great job!!! Very patient, friendly, good communication skill! I am fully satisfied with the service ! Muncho Gratitude Gabby, Sarah and you all!"
