"My niece picked up my 89 yr old mother in law at the nursing home and brought her to this CVS for a flu shot. She has medicare of course, and united mine worker insurance which covers all her healthcare. They refused her a free flu shot and wanted $107 for it so she didn't get one. That is who these people are."
"I see only the pharmacy gets a bad review but I tend to come in on my lunch break for random things and usually the cashier's are friendly and always willing to help especially luena she always greets me with a smile and makes me feel welcome and has very warm calming attitude .❤️❤️"
"I’ve been here twice to fill prescriptions and both times my prescriptions were not ready and I had to wait way too long. It appears to me that they are understaffed for the volume of customers they get here. I’ve witnessed as few as 2 employees, including the pharmacist, working the register, drive-thru window and filling prescriptions. They’d be wise to properly staff the pharmacy, but I’m sure corporate penny-pinching precludes that."
"We were going there 3-4 times a week but the 2black guys in the pharmacy were so rude at times. After waiting in line for 10-15 mins, there was never a greeting or acknowledgment. Alot of times no thank you. I took a prescriptions and decided I would wait to get it filled the following week. I couldn't remember if he had given me back the prescription. I went back a couple of days later, I asked if he had given it back to me and was told very adamantly that he never waited on me, and was very cold and direct. The problem got bigger because I knew he did WAIT ON ME, and now I was suspicious of him. I wasn't before coming there but his energy and body language was saying something different. I wasn't accusing him but he definitely made me suspicious of him. So we found a pharmacy that delivers . We go once a month to get our free $5 The attendants in the store are always friendly and helpful. But in the pharmacy, they treated us like they were doing us a favor every time we came there. And it wasn't just the black guys. they just happened to be the ones that stuck out for me."
