She earned her medical degree from the prestigious Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara Facultad de Medicina in Guadalajara, Mexico, in 2011. Following her education, she completed her residency training at San Juan City Hospital in Puerto Rico from 2011 to 2014, and her internship training at Hospital San Cristobal in Ponce, Puerto Rico, in 2010.
