"I switched offices in October 2023 my experience at Maxhealth has totally changed for the good. One of the office lady’s by the name of Madeleine Mchale is by far the best employee they have. She goes above and beyond for the patients and also makes them feel like family. Since the first phone call with this young lady she has made the transition from office to office a very pleasant one. Not only was she able to take care off all my questions and concerns she actually listened to me, cared and made the transition smooth. The very first visit she sat with me in the room and actually took the time to make sure everything was correct in my file and see if anything needed to be added. She just wanted to make sure everything was up to date. Anytime I need refills, reschedule appointments, referrals etc etc she’s on it. She a very personable employee. Everytime I walk in the door and get to the counter she greets me with smile and always ask me before I leave if I need anything. This young lady deserves a raise because she is the absolute best at what she does and others should be taking notes. She is the BEST and she ROCKS !!"

"Madeline and Rose are my absolute favorite at Max Health.They work me in as needed and are very knowledgeable and informative. Tamara was was hard to understand with her thick accent. Her nurse Ginna is incredibly rude and Cynthia isn't allowed to draw my labs. I will only allow Madeline to continue my care at this facility and I am happy to follow her and Rose wherever they go. I did wait an hour and a half and was jumped from room to room and i get by on a walker. Please understand I am saying this as nicely as possible."
"I had an amazing experience. It was the first time in a long time that i had a good night sleep in a long time. I could actually slept on my back witch i have not been able to do in years because of my coughing. I have already noticed my coughing has calmed down quite alot. Torres is very good. She listened to all my problems and came up with help. Very grateful to her. She is going to get a very big hug when i see her next week."
