"I have always loved seeing Nadia Etienne. Shes a np here in the zephryhills office on Gall blvd. I have been using her as my primary for 3 years. We lost our ins but I was still going to see her even though it was $100 to just walk in the door. I suffer with depression and anxiety. Just recently the anxiety has been more than I can bear. I thought I would call her to see if she could see me and help me somehow. I take my meds every day. So I called the office to ask for help. Doris put me on hold and when she came back she said Nadia said I needed to call my primary for help. Well SHE IS MY PRIMARY!!! I told Doris I don't have a primary only Nadia whom I thought was my Dr. So Doris says that Nadia can't help me. She said I need to see a psychiatrist. How can someone not even offer to see you to evaluate you in the mist of an anxiety attack or whatever it is. Maybe I need my meds adjusted or maybe I'm having a reaction to the meds she prescribed. How can a Dr's office not offer to help you in a time of crisis. I always loved this Dr office Now I will definitely be finding another Dr who cares about their patients."

"Dr. Malik,s my doctor and she always seems to go the extra mile. Her staff also does the same everyone I’ve met there has been excellent everyone there is a caring and compassionate person. As far as weight time they usually get me right in and take care of whatever is needed."

"I have dealt with numerous physician offices before and never have I ever encountered such individuals . Appointments cancelled 20 minutes before appointment because computers were down then reschedule for another appointment and it gets cancelled because the Physician not available , the 3rd time the NP was not in all the time a referral was needed for an important appointment that was scheduled over a month ago.The Appt had to be cancelled because no response to several request to have it completed in a timely manner .There is a severe communication issue going on ."

"Some days you have a long wait for Dr. Malik, but she us very caring. She talks with you and makes you feel loved. Amber is awesome. She is a gem. I love to see her and it is easy for me to talk to her about everything. She is very thorough. I do not feel uncomfortable telling her exactly how I am feeling. I love them both. My last review was not a good one because it wasn't written in anger, I apologize to both Dr. Malik and Amber."
