"So I got a reminder call about an appointment I never made. due to my confusion I called the office to get more information. The lady who I spoke with never gave me her name but man was she rude. Firstly she cut me off so much that I had to actually ask her to let me finish a sentence. Secondly she went to blaming me and telling me I was wrong I did make the appointment not even trying to work with me. Maybe because she never actually let me speak before cutting me off again. She was so rude and so terrible that I said fine cancel this made up appointment that I never had any knowledge on and cancel the follow up appointment I have in November (the one I actually did make) because I will never be returning. Shame because Dr. Peterson is amazing, but that lady working the phones put such a bad taste in my mouth I never want to give you my business ever! Get better staff."
