"This is the worst hospital I have ever been to in my life. I have a few serious health concerns. So after vomiting for over a week and told by Trinity hospital that I was backed up but they couldn't help me because they didn't have a G. I . On staff I called and ambulance and they brought me to advent. The second I was greeted by one of the rudest and cold nurses I have ever met , it got even worse. The doctor came in. Immediately this doctor was dismissive and rude. Everything I said to him in response to his questions was met by a reaction of I was wrong and must be stupid. I am seeking legal services and going after this hospital. I was then told by this doctor that my potassium was critically low. I have a heart condition. So that's a big problem. I am usually admitted immediately for that alone. Then I'm told that I'm not backed up at all but that I have bad bacteria in my small intestine. No treatment given for that at all. It's very serious and iv antibiotics should have been given. They gave me potassium via IV which has to be diluted and sent through a machine or the burning pain is unbearable. After the first bag I called for the rude nurse and told him could he please do something. Maybe slow it down or dilute it more so I could handle it. He told me No too bad. He then stopped treatment and told me I was being discharged..they didn't even treat the main life threatening problem..they then tried to bully me into signing leaving against medical advice papers..I refused..they literally threw me out. I am also disabled and can't walk without my aids. I didn't have them because I was brought by ambulance. This nasty nurse and doctor stuffed me in a wheelchair ..wheeled me out the door and left me there. Mind you this was one of those new hard wheelchairs that you can't roll using your arms. Someone has to push you. I had to crawl to a bench to wait for a ride to come get me..there is no excuse to why the doctor or nurse was so nasty and unprofessional..and before anyone says did you ask for pain meds .. No I didn't. I have my own pain meds. Like I said I'm permanently disabled and live in horrible pain so that is always taken care of..I am not letting this go until they are fired and I am publicly apologized to.."

"This is the most amazing ER. I haven't really been to one except one time 3 years ago (also here) and the care was beyond excellent. From check in, to the nurses, doctor and check out. Everyone was wonderful and very caring."

"Worst experience of my life. I've never been treated as bad or ignored to what was going on. They didn't even run any tests or do anything else. I had 2 seizures and all they did was ask me what drugs I took repeatedly. I've never had it every will take illegal drugs or the addictive drugs prescribed. They just sent me home. My primary care doctor told me there was something physically wrong with me and being treated for it. I informed my health insurance and they suggested to inform any ambulance companies to not take me to that hospital again. Evidently I'm not the only one who has had issues with them."

"We were really impressed with your Staff at the Emergency room! I had been in so much pain for several days -- not being able to urinate! But when we were swept into your care -- your head nurse, Brittany assessed the problem and immediately solved it in less than a second with the quickest catheter ever done! Now I can urinate! The whole staff was amazing -- Hannah, Brittany, and Dr. Roy were SO efficient and caring! AND EACH ONE WENT FAR BEYOND JUST DOING THEIR JOB! Our profound THANKS to you ALL! "Stephen Braun and Benny Freeman the ambulance drivers were absolutely wonderful. Then I was put in room nine and had the most wonderful nurse and she had an assistant with her and he was awesome too. I can’t say enough about the supporting staff either I was in a bad way, and they were there to help me feel better and secure."
