"2/14/2024: It has been at least a year since I wrote my updated review (AWFUL). I just received a supposedly outstanding bill from them. Date of service is 12/9/2022! 1.) Two Years Later? and 2.) This date of service is around the time I had that below horrible experience. Am I being billed for services that were never received? I emailed to ask but haven't heard back, that I can find anywhere. Don't mess with this place - it is one nightmare you can't wake up from. It has been four months since I wrote the below review. I sang praise all over town, recommending to everyone. I wish I could leave a new review for the GARBAGE treatment I just received. I. AM. LIVID. I emailed corporate about it too. I will not be retuning! Top notch!! Thank you for your help!! I have been so disappointed with urgent cares since the pandemic. Service seem to have declined and we had some other issues too. Not here though!! I was so glad to learn about Care Spot. Not only are they great, but they take pediatric patients too. Care Spot was truly a life saver for my family this week."

"I came to This location last week Friday and it will be the last time I ever come ! I don’t recommend this location to no one. Staff was nice but I basically went for nothing because nothing was done for me I went in with my throat hurting clearly had an infection I was not given anything to get rid of the infection I went home got worse called back asking if the doctor was sure I didn’t have nothing because I was throwing up and my throat was hurting more. I had to seek help else where I asked for a partial refund at least and did not get a response ! Please do not come into this location ! I called back to so called discuss what occurred and how they can help and I was told basically they cannot do a refund which I was only asking for a partial Refund I will be going to the better business bureau ! If I could could give them a negative star I would !"
