"Do not use. This place is awful. The stylist are not cosmetologist trained. A family member of mine went there for a trim. He had hair down past his shoulders. They scalped him. Took chunks out of the back and never told him. Girl tried to hide it. I realize they are a cheap price compared to a hair salon, however you get what you pay for. Please spend the extra money and go where you won’t get butchered. My ex use to go there and he also came out looking like a 2 yo cut his hair. All to save $15"

"Absolutely destroyed my hair. About a week ago I was in and saw Laurie I think her name was. I originally had an appointment with genesis which was canceled last minute because I guess she called out. When I left the salon my hair was wet and from what I could tell it was fine. I didn’t see any of the problems until it dried and I flat ironed it. My curtain bangs are two different lengths and thicknesses, and there are literally chunks missing. The worst part is I would have never known because it’s in the back, a friend saw them when we were getting ready for an event. When I left Laurie said if it dried and I didn’t like it to come back because she guarantees her cuts, but you can’t add hair back so unless she’s planing to take all my length to even this out, there is no fixing this. I am so upset I will never go back here again."

"When I walked in, there was no one in the waiting area and two people having their hair serviced and chairs . The lady I spoke to was sitting at the counter servicing no one and then I was told they could not perform a simple haircut because there was no openings with 4 hours left in they're work day. I was not given an apology for not being able to cut my hair , or even an option to come back another time. I didn't feel welcome. So I went down the road to the Hair Cuttery and was greeted with smiles. I was almost immediately seated and got a nice haircut. Wow , what a difference in customer service!"
