"Overall experience was very good. My recent rating of 4 was due to wait time a little long in the waiting area. Dr. Wangia is worth waiting for, so I don’t complain. After finally getting into room, wait time was also longer especially since the room was extremely cold, and I was waiting in the paper gown. Perhaps warmed blankets being provided could help if you have to wait in room for an extended period."

The staff was friendly and welcoming. I was seen by Dr. Ukatu right on time. Both she and her assistant were lovely, very personable as well as respectful. Dr. Ukatu listened to my concerns, asked questions and then examined me and discussed a treatment plan. My experience was so positive. "Dr. Wangia and his Entire staff are always Outstanding. They are always extremely kind and efficient. Sometimes there may be an appointment change or there can be a wait for your timed appointment but it is totally worth the wait to have Dr Wangia as my doctor. I just don't schedule anything else on that day and relax and wait my turn, simple. Absolutely no complaints. I'm very thankful to be accepted as a client. The care that he and his staff give are wonderful. I highly recommend Florida Institute for Dermatology !"
