"Well stocked, Christmas stuff is almost gone, spring stuff hopefully on the way. Noticed coffee selection was getting very limited (k-cup), also noticed dried fruit snacks where pertty much gone. friendly associates, some good deals, add in discounts and it a great place to shop. Lots of parking, Remember Veterans Discounts."

"I went here to look for a recliner and I found one that I liked. I was told that they would be keeping a few in stock for Thanksgiving when they would be on sale for less. I came a couple of days later to purchase it because I didn't want to wait and didn't mind paying full price. When I got there, they had none in stock. Not even the ones they were supposed to leave until Thanksgiving. They said they would be selling the display model, but only on Thanksgiving. I wouldn't be able to buy it ahead of time. My fiance happened to be in the area a day later and spoke to them and, again, tried to purchase the display model but was told that it can only be sold on Thanksgiving Day. Thanksgiving Day arrives, and I'm the first one at the door when it opens at 7:00 a.m. I ask where this chair is and I'm told that it was already sold. Frustrating."
"Furniture consultant Jean was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. Went the extra mile and assisted me in purchasing a very pretty Ashley furniture bedroom set. If you are shopping at this Big Lots, ask for Jean. She's the absolute best."
