"They almost put the whole pepper in my bowl. They need to cut and cook better the peppers. It completely changed the flavor of my chicken bowl."
"Ordered delivery over an hour before store closing hours, was called 45minutes into my order being “prepared” to be told they were not going to make my order and that “we ran out of all meats and rice and it’s not worth it to make more for delivery orders” to then say I’d need to figure out how to cancel the delivery myself. Manager would not cancel order and suggested another location and then laughed about it actually being closed and said there was nothing I could do. I issued a callback case with an agent via the app two weeks ago and have heard nothing. As someone who runs a restaurant I get busy nights happen as well as having to 86 items. I’m not upset about the food but the pure lack of consideration, apology or follow up by the obviously very poor management at this location. Do better"
"Busy place. The line to the counter wanders all over the place and blocks normal access. Staff was friendly, and the feel of the place is more modern and sleeker than other locations."
"Excellent working staff. Very kind and sweet. Well I am talking about the staff in the day/noon shift. Place is very clean and food is good. The day shift staff work real fast and I did not wait more than 2 min."
"I love Chipotle but the last two days I was there it was all dirty. I had to order my food twice because they did it incorrectly. I had to clean my own table so I could sit down to eat. I made an order and online and it never arrive, as soon as I arrive at the restaurant they took the order as if they didn't know what I ordered."
