"I ran in for a Cardboard Tube to ship a present. They didn't have any for sale, but, the Manager was very thoughtful and said, "Wait, I think I have one out back." He ran and got one that had been used and that was just what I needed. And, we recycled the Tube for another shipment - Go green!"

"I had hoped to pick up some discounted Christmas items but even at 70% off, everything was much higher than expected. Lots of stuff left over so maybe I'm not the only one who thought that. But on the other hand, I needed items for decoupage and there was a buy one, get one half off, so that was worth the trip. They have an excellent supply of paints, gels, varnishes, etc. Silk Flowers on sale too, such an amazing variety, I want them all!"

"The staff at the cash register is not that friendly. I had a bag up my own items and she didn’t say thank you or have a nice day anything. It was more like we were an inconvenience. Will think twice before I drive all the way there again. I gave it two stars because I like the store."

"I purchased over $400 worth of Christmas village items while shopping. One item was a display which ended up.missing parts and was damaged when I plugged it in. I brought it back the next day and the cashier told me since I didn't have the receipt I couldn't return it! I had to have the mgr come to assist since I got a little upset. Mgr asked me for my Michael's rewards # and all was fine after they gave me a new item!"
