"-Update Thank you Matt for the apology and letting me know the improvements made to help future customers. Just getting to this review from my experience at the end of November. I had my AC go out on a Saturday evening. I contacted King Air through their website that same evening. I waited until the following morning to hear back at which I then called and left a voicemail. After waiting the whole morning, I called another HVAC company that was able to come within the hour after my call and was able to fix the issue. King Air advertises 24 hours a day/7 days a week for emergency AC services. To this day, I never did get a follow up from King Air."
"I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone I know. By far the best service I've ever encountered. We have been struggling with our AC for about a week now. No cold air was blowing imagine that with the Florida heat. I went on Google to find an ac company that would come out here to fix it and I came across King Air Conditioning. "I have used King AC a few times. Matt has always been on time, and if there is any issue he communicates back and reschedules if necessary. King AC is very professional, and they go over the work and lets you know exactly whats going on. His price is very reasonable and the quality of his work is excellent. I have used him for yearly maintenance, and they also installed a surge protector on my outside AC unit. I am very happy with the work King AC has done. I recommend King AC for any A/C issues.
