"Took time with our scared pup, made sure he was comfortable and he went with them when it was time to go in for grooming. Second visit he was pulling his leash to get to the door. Groomer gave Louie a perfect cut, he looked and smelled great. It was great to pick up a happy dog."

"I was nervous about leaving my 2 lab puppies there. I had never boarded them before and they are babies (10 months & 3 months). My oldest dog got really scared and pulled through her vest when we entered. She had never done that before and almost got away. The lady got on her knees and instantly calmed my dog down and made her feel comfortable. Within minutes my dogs where no longer scared, and I felt comfortable leaving them so we left. I ended up extending the stay from 2 to 3 days and Sylvia had no issues and was very flexible and understanding, she even had extra dog food cause we only packed for the 2 days. I unfortunately ended up being 2 hours late to pick them up (food poisoning) and again she was very understanding and even went above and beyond. My dogs where clean and they washed both my dogs blankets! The ladies where very knowledgeable about dogs and had great advice! You can tell they really love and care for dogs. I definitely recommend!!!"
"The ladies at Pampered Pooch keep my “little” Dora- 60 pound bulldog- nails looking good. They take her in, trim her up and return her to me in 10 minutes. Cant beat it and Dora doesn’t mind it a bit."
