"Quality of the pieces I bought is horrible. Their recording talks all about customer service and they make things right but I have been in the process of claims for over 6 weeks and no resolution as of yet. I call the store and speak to sales manger and sale associate and nothing from them. I am very disappointed in how this is being handled. I was going to hold off n leaving a review with the hopes that this would get handle appropriately but enough is enough. I am going to make it a mission on social media and other outlets about this company at this point. It’s unfortunate because this company does not know the power of social media when it is against you. Between myself and 3 of my colleagues we have an out reach of over 300 million followers. I tried the nice way but I’m just a number like all these big companies."
