"Horrible experience!!! Do NOT buy from this shop! I ordered flowers to be sent to my mother and they were never delivered! When I called, they told me they didn’t have any flowers in their shop and they were going to refund me. NO ONE CALLED TO LET ME KNOW THAT! If I would have never called, I wouldn’t have known they weren’t going to make it to my mom. They couldn’t make her a different arrangement because they said they didn’t have any flowers at all. Since it was late in the day, I wasn’t able to order my mother new flowers from a different shop. That’s horrible customer service and I advise everyone to NEVER give your business to this company. I have NOT gotten my refund and they will not send me an email stating they are refunding me. You will not get your money back if you order from here. Absolutely horrible!!!!"

"Opted for same day delivery on a bouquet for a family birthday. The flowers never arrived and all I got was an email asking me to rate them. I couldn't get (who I assume is) Channell on the phone for two days and when I did she informed me that they had a large volume of orders and I got lost in the pile. I was promised a refund that never came, and as I write this I am in a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back... Not so Exquisite after all - far from it. If you're looking for flowers in the area, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere."

"I had to get a chair last minute for my daughter's baby shower, I got their with 30 min before they close the owner was so helpful talking her time to show me all the chair she had and getting a ladder to get the one I wanted because her help had left already, just wanted to say thank u very much for your help"

"She robbed us of our wedding day. She provided fake flowers for my bride to walk, fake boutonnières for me and the groomsmen, fake flowers on the tables when we paid for all real flowers. She charged us for table cloth when she didn’t even bring any she used the one from the restaurant we used. She is a total scam and rip off. Had to call the police on her based on her behavior when she came to collect her stuff same day of our wedding."
