Originally known as Page Park, this community park was constructed in 1973 and renamed in honor of former Lee County Parks Director, Jerry Brooks, in 1982. It has since become a hub for various sporting activities and events. The park hours are from dawn to dusk unless permitted for night usage.
Please note that the WeatherBug tower at the facility is currently not functioning, but lightning alerts and all clear information can still be received via the WeatherBug widget on the park's webpage. Visitors are advised to follow the NWS 30/30 lightning safety rule when thunderstorms threaten the area.
