"Unsatisfactory customer service as well as the way they run insurance ONLY once at the beginning of the year which is ABSOLUTELY crazy! Insurance should be ran either first of the month or 2-3 days prior to your visit so that us as patients know if anything in our insurance has changed without our knowledge which then jeopardizes our visit. Then here we go receiving a bill when if we had known prior to my visit there was an issue with the insurance we would of rescheduled! Never visiting again!!!!"

"I’m really disappointed with this dental office. I scheduled a cleaning for my boyfriend . He went in all they told him was that he needed to see a specialist. He went to the specialist and they wanted to charge him two sessions each at 6 thousand dollars. He went to another dentist for second option. He didn’t need what the first specialist recommended . Teeth were cleaned and he is very happy with this dentist. He will not go back to Riverside Dental.I went for a filling last week ,my options were pretty much root canal and 2000 dollar cost. I went to the same dentist my boyfriend went to and no root canal needed. I got a temporary filling for two weeks and 1500 less and very happy.I won’t be back to this office. Very disappointed.."

"Service was really good but i was over charged! Knowing my insurance benefits i asked if I could be billed and the answer was 'No' i tried paying my regular patient responsability and was told i had to pay in full. I did, in May I waited for a refund or a notification of the over payment and never received one. I had to call and the response was 'we credit it for the next cleaning' okay? On my next cleaning im going to be over charged again because the office does not verify the benefits correctly!? No answer from the representative. I asked for a refund and a call from the manager. The protocol is the return of my money had to be approved by manager. Call that was never received. My refund was processed and im thankful for getting my money back after 3 months. I cancelled appointments since i will always be over charged because i am not able to wait for the bill to be processed and then pay my bill. And I want to note that i have never had a bad debt with them or a late payment. Charges are also processed at the end of the visit it would be nice to know you will be over charged before the services are received."

"Awesome staff and service. Dr. Conley is amazing. He and his staff explain everything to you beforehand and as they go. Beyond comfortable experience every time. Great customer service."

"Will no longer be a patient here. Staff is super friendly and the quality of work is great but, they have a policy that is super absurd. Miss one Saturday appointment and they charge you a fee “which is fair” but backlist you from ever having Saturday appointments anymore. I understand if it was a few many appointments you missed but 1 appointment and you’re backlisted? I wouldn’t mind if I didn’t work all week but Saturdays are my only days to really go and they are no longer available to me here so while the service are great, I will have to cut ties and look for another place to go to. I had an emergency in the family that Saturday and couldn’t make it. I explained that to them on the day of the appointment “I called which was responsible on my part” but they didn’t care. It’s too bad because they are actually great. If you like Saturday appointments and aren’t willing to miss an appointment when a family member had an emergency, then you will be okay here."
