"I found Pacifica Care of Suncoast in the middle of an emotional breakdown after a place I was trying to be seen at in Sarasota cancelled on me after 4 months of waiting. I was so scared to reach out to other healthcare facilities after being to SO many horrible providers that chew you up and spit you out. Not to mention, I was so tired of having to wait MONTHS for an initial appointment only to be disappointed and start over. The process was incredibly frustrating, until I found Pacifica. They got me in with an AMAZING therapist and psychiatrist in under a month, and both of them took my issues seriously and genuinely cared. Pacifica is a breath of fresh air in a healthcare world that's mainly monopolized by big-name chain facilities that only care about the money. I am so happy to have found them, and for them to have taken me under their wing. "My counselor is wonderful and I always believed everybody to be kind and welcoming but after several months of my constancy I have been abruptly shown the door - due to insurance reasons which I don't understand. With absolutely no notice that anything was amiss, no notice at all. I feel as though they interrupted the surgeon during a delicate operation and left the patient to bleed upon the table. And opened the window so flies could feed."
