The Deerfield Beach Historical Society is a museum and cultural center located at 380 East Hillsboro Boulevard in Deerfield Beach, Florida, United States. Founded in 1973, the society aims to inspire public awareness and appreciation of the diverse history of Deerfield Beach. The institution includes the Butler House Museum, the Pioneer House, the Museum and Cultural Center, the Old School House, the Red Caboose, and Deerfield Beach Elementary. One of the educational projects of the Deerfield Beach Historical Society is "52 Deerfield Moments," which captures significant moments in the city's history. The society is sponsored by the Dept of State, Division of Cultural Affairs, Florida Council on Arts and Culture, and the National Endowment for the Arts.
