Neighbors are still amazed when I tell them the porch was added on, it matched the house so well that it looks like it was built with the house. "Buba Barrows owner of Barrows Construction Ripped me and my family off. Took my first payment, started the job, requested second payment then work STOPPED. He left back to his home country Gambia in Africa with my money. He won’t answer my emails, calls and/or letters. Buba Barrows STOLE MY MONEY!! He is currently under investigation by Hillsborough County Building Department. BUYER BEWARE. Do NOT GET RIPPED OFF. He STOLE MY MONEY AND TOOK IT TO HIS COUNTRY IN AFRICA. This is Real!! Call Hillsborough County Building Department and inquire. Also look up Barrows Construction in Better Business Bureau. More consumer complaints are in there. Crook Crook Crook"
