"I ordered a bedroom set early December for in stock items and was told they should be in mid to end of January - I called January 2 to be told mid February which then last week turned into beginning of March. I finally got delivery today after numerous calls and help from the manager. Baer’s came highly recommended and I’m not impressed I the. Get a response from Baer’s. This was an in-stock item which I was told was manufactured in the USA - it didn’t come from China and if it’s in-stock how does any of what your response make sense."
"This is not a final review. We have been thrilled with Baers in the past but today we were advised the chair we bought was not going to be delivered because it was mistakenly sent to a warehouse from the store. How disappointing. I’ll update my review if it’s delivered soon. So far I have no new date. UPDATE: our chair was soon delivered. Before delivery I was sent photos of the chair. The delivery was professional and on time. Baer’s is probably the most outstanding well run company in Florida."

"Excellent, friendly, and professional customer service at Baer's furniture from browsing to delivery!! Our sales person Peter was excellent without any pressure to purchase!!! He left us alone to explore yet was available when we had any questions. Both Will and Josh, the delivery people, were excellent also. They were both very careful with our furniture and you could see that they cared about delivery a great product without damage. I would highly recommend Baer's!!!"
