"I wish I could give it 0 stars. Not once in a single month have they had mild sauce packets when I’ve went there. It’s actually comical at this point. I ordered a craving box w/ 12 mild hot sauce and when I pulled to the window they said they were out of mild for 5th time this month. They offered me Hot instead and I reluctantly accepted. Instead of 12 hot sauce. They put 4 packets. I have no clue who is running this place but it is beyond horrible and the manager/ GM should be ashamed of themselves. I have not once in 5 visits in a month gotten what I ordered. This place is trash and you should never order here."
"*Sings* "One of these things is not like others. One of these things just don't belong". The name and the order on the receipt was all correct. There seemed to be a disconnect, though, once the bag was opened. We were not able to receive a refund or have the correct order delivered again. Was told the only thing they can do is for us to call in the morning and speak to the general manager. So, dinner this evening's dinner will be light; consisting of the sodas (which actually were correct.) Stay tuned..."
"I order a chalupa, some tacos and a quesadilla. Got home to see my chalupa filled with moldy tomatoes. The fool that made this knew they were moldy. Tried to call no answer. Followed up today and was hung up on 4x after someone said hello its taco bell. 5th call finally got an answer and requested the manager. Turns out it was the manager all along. Immediate red flag!!! I explained the issue. Even offered to bring the food back. She offered to make a new one or give a refund. Well of course I dnt want more food and hoping my kids arent sick from this. What a disservice. i will not be returning. If I could give zero stars I would!!!!"
