"Dr. Neely is soo professional. From the moment you walk into the office it’s so calm. On to the inspection of my ear, I had impacted wax, so much and so hard the drops wasn’t enough, the vacuum and then she tried the magic and then it started, no pain whatsoever the wax started coming out layer by layer. It was so much but eventually I can hear a pin drop. My ear was so light. It was the greatest experience. Definitely heading back to her in the next 6 months. You should give her a visit"
