"Daniel was an exceptional tour guide. A native of Cuba, he gave us many explanations and insights, not only of Cuba's history, but of the geopolitical events that led to the change of government in 1959, all the way to the current state of affairs. We loved stopping at the cigar shop and the food and coffee places, plus the cool shirt shop with the Cuban-themed display of the 50s American cars outside. Finally, Daniel shared his compelling personal story of how he and his family got to the USA 8 months ago. We really enjoyed the tour!"

"Great Tour!!! I learned about the history of the bay of pigs; had sugar cane juice... And ya know sugar cane is much better for you than white sugar. White sugar is processed and contains animal bone so don't buy white sugar, only raw sugar or sugar cane is healthy. Learned about the cigar making and how roosters play such a role to Cuban culture. Went to a bakery, and other places. Hugo is such a nice human, and keeps you hydrated with cuban pineapple soda, pastries, coffee samples, water, fruits along the way!!! Definitely a must see and do event. And the men were buying Cuban hats at a fun store we visited. So glad to meet ya Hugo!!! If you are ever in my area, Pacific Northwest look me up and I will give you a tour!!!"
