"Would not recommend this rental site. Service was horrible the lady at the desk when we picked up on 8/9/24 and dropped off on 8/12/24 was extremely rude. There were no customer service skills in use at all. Witnessed rudeness to not only ourselves but to other customers. Go elsewhere if you can."
"This franchise kept our $300 damage deposit claiming 2 small cat hair sized scratches were caused by us. Vehicle was dirty when we picked it up with numerous small dents and scratches. The area they claimed had new scratches was so dirty at pickup there was no way they could have seen them. After disputing this at the return counter with no satisfaction we had to leave for the airport. The next day I called customer service and explained the situation and was told the manager from that location would be reaching out to me within 24hrs. One week later and no call back from the Park Blvd, Pinellas Park Fl Enterprise location . I have rented vehicles hundreds of times for business and pleasure. This was the worst experience."

Despite how busy they are (mostly in the AM, just plan your visit well), staff is incredibly friendly and patient with their customers.
