"Cat rental desk is near baggage claim. Check in to to get key and where yoir rental is located. This is quite a walk from building."

"Okay. I have rented a bunch of cars in my life. I've rented from almost every car rental company. There is. At Valparaiso Destin fort Walton airport. From the time I checked in to the time I got my car and dropped it off. Everything went so smoothly and so easily. It was incredible. I have had trouble with other places. Nobody there to check you in or out. I will definitely rent from the budget again from this airport. Cars were nice too. I rented a Toyota Tacoma four-wheel drive and the car was spotless and no dents."

"Poor customer service and if this parking lot number doesn't have anything to do with rental, why is it in the name for Google? Forgot my wallet (with locator on it) in the rental car. Called the number attached to this Google post and was informed that it had nothing to do with rental cars and that I needed to call the rental company even though all I need is a lost and found to tell me my wallet is there even though I know for a fact it is. Did not direct me well."

"The pick-up and delivery was great. I opted to refill the gas tank before returning the car. After getting my e-receipt... they charged me 129$ for fuel! I immediately called them and had to send a copy of the gas station receipt. (Only 2 miles away from the return sight). All they had to do was turn the key and see it was full. Very disappointed, I shouldn't have had to PROVE I'd gassed up with a receipt. Our flight was canceled and I had enough stress with that!"

"Not sure why my phone wants me to review the car park but okay, this rental parking lot is good. The attendants upon return have been really great both times and both times it was easy and a pleasure. The cars are always ready and waiting, the attendants are really good monitoring and refreshing the car selections. Returning the car you are supposed to follow a green line but I twice missed the part where I assume it zigzags to the left to avoid the traffic of arrivals/departures. But caught back up with the green line later after that. Basically the car rental lot is after the airport arrivals/departures on the right."
