"This was the worst visit ever. First they tell me I am over due for full mouth X-rays. There was a new girl getting trained and the girl training her looked up in the computer and said my insurance is covering everything. Then the new girl had me gaging because the plastic bags coverage appliance was going back down my throat. Then she was placing the mouth piece where it was painful and my gums were scratched up by the time she was done. I then get a bill in the mail stating I owe $102.00 for X-rays that are my responsibility. My plan is not paying for them because I was not due for them. Once every 3?years is what they cover and the office made a mistake and wants me to pay for THEIR mistake. In over 25 years coming here and before the office was taken over by Sage Dental have I never had any problems when Dr Ortlieb owned the business. Dr Ortlieb is the best Dentist. Not happy at all."

"Really enjoyed going to the dentist here. They were honest and professional. I was told by another dentist that I needed a root canal..decided to get a second opinion. I didn't tell them what the other dentist said until they finished my exam and told me how healthy my teeth were..I highly recommend this office."
