"I was with Dr Stoddard for almost 2 years. I had an issue and called her office leaving a message. After talking with the nurse and the nurse getting back with me, she told me information that NEVER occurred in my last visit. Long story short even offered to send me a copy as if I don’t know what I said? Was just three months ago. Not sure what had happened but my care is too important to play games with not accurately recording my care. Whether transcribed in error or the dr relaying my notes at the end of a long day and forgetting who I am. Either way, I strongly suggest being careful and advocating for yourself. I would recommend not seeing Dr Stoddard and going somewhere else. There are bad reviews for other places she practices. I wish I would have seen them before wasting my time."

"The Nocatee office was easy to get to and is a nice, well-maintained facility with a coffee shop and YMCA gym. The staff were all friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out and the MA and Doctor had excellent bed side manners, were so kind, and they got me in and out on time. I really appreciate that because I had been dreading going (it was my first gyno appt in years) and they put me at ease and made the things a lot more If it is your first time going, you will go up the stairs in the main lobby, turn left at the top and then right into the office suite. Once inside, sit at the last desk on the left, or as indicated on the signage just past the reception desk to be checked in. Also, make sure you do your first time paperwork using the emailed link before your appt or arrive 30-minutes early to do it. If during your check-in, they collect your ID and insurance card for scans, wait there until she hands them back because you will need them whilst completing your paperwork in the portal. Also, there are several release forms at the end that look similar. Be sure to click through them all until it says your finished."
