"After a driver hit my car, my doctor referred me to Attorney Yanique Otto’s law firm to represent me for compensation for repairs to my vehicle as well as for reimbursement of any other fees I may have incurred because of the collision. "I follow her on social media, she looks like someone is good at what she does. So last year I called her office to make an appointment for a family court issue. I spoke to a kind woman on the phone, explained the reason for a consultation and I really needed an attorney so she told me that someone will call me the next day to schedule an appointment. No one ever called me. Ms. Otto, I would just advise to insure to follow up on all calls big or small. I do believe things happen for a reason, my take away was that she didn't want to take my case.
