"Horrible experience! They never called me, to bring $1000 if I use my insurance or $475 as self pay. What a scam! No confidentiality the whole lobby hears your business. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the girl handed me the number and told me to go outside to call the supervisor. I have breast cancer and both girls with major attitude, they don't know what empathy is. The only person that was nice was the male technician that took the time to explain the test. Because I was getting a breast MRI they had me lie down on my stomach and there were two square holes where my breast need to go thru. Frankly I have never seen a woman with square boops. I have large breast, so you could imagine how painful and how difficult it it to put round breasts into a square holes and stay at that position for 30 minutes. So, after leaving there I was left with severe pain and embarrassed that every one sitting there knew my business. THAT PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! They violated my HIPPA RIGHTS and every other person's that sign in."

"It is absolutely terrible that 2 medical professionals cannot coordinate between each other to assist their patient. I did my mammogram with another medical office (Baptist Health) and now neither side cannot get in touch with the other records department for access to prior years mammograms for comparison. I am being told 1 day before the weekend and Christmas is on Monday that I need to figure out a way to retrieve my records before I can schedule an appointment for an ultrasound because I need further review of my breast. It's unbelievable and disgusting to have someone going back and forth, being placed on hold and then transferred from one department to the next without any assistance. Medical care in the good ole USA."

"I recently had to have an echocardiogram done. KUDDOS to Karen, the Echo Technician, was so kind and comfortable. She was outstanding! Also, high given to the front office staff. They were polite, quick, and efficient in the check-in process. I was at the Royal Palm Beach office on St Road 7 Thank you everyone!"
