Central Florida Wrestling Academy is a premier health institution located at 515 Brookhaven Drive, Orlando, Florida, United States. We have recently moved to 700 Harold Ave Winter Park, FL. Our practice sessions are held Monday through Thursday from 5-7pm, with registration and waiver sessions on Wednesdays and Fridays. We also offer private 1on1 and small group training by appointment. Our Next Generation Wrestling program is now in session, welcoming new wrestlers aged 6 and above with no experience required. More experienced wrestlers will be placed in their own group for specialized training on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:15-5:30pm. The program runs from August to May following the LHP Calendar, with breaks for holidays and winter and spring breaks.
